Sometime back in September, when we first launched PDX.FM, web traffic was just about the furthest thing on our minds. We had listener slots and stream speed to think about, shows to plan, events to organize, a podcast studio to fine-tune – who has time to think about web hosting? Well, December was a record month for us in many ways, and with the holiday season also came the realization that we couldn’t ignore our crappy old web hosting any longer – we had to get away or suffer the wrath of even more angry emails.

Well, thanks to the recommendation of Betsy Richter (of OurPDX fame), we no longer have to live in fear of an inbox full of wrath. Betsy pointed us in the direction of Portland-based web hosts Network Redux and we couldn’t be happier.

So, if you had an odd connection issue or two these past few days, don’t fret – the dust has finally settled and we’re all moved in at our new home on our very own server.
